Aban Realty – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Aban Realty on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Aban Realty Is A Scam!’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Aban Realty with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

Stay Away Aban Realty Is a scam! and Mr. Wynter is a stalker and weirdo!I met with agent Errol Ashman Wynter on a Monday at a property I saw online.I walked through the apartment and saw it was livable as a tenant was moving from the apartment to a recently vacant one upstairs.Mr. Wynter said he would be speaking with the owner the following day and to submit my paper work so that the owner could review it, which I sent to Mr. Wynter on Tuesday.I heard nothing from Errol the rest of the week and I tried to call him but I was told I was bothering him.The next Monday had passed and when Mr.Wynter contacted me to schedule an appointment to meet with the owner, but with other tenants like a group interview.I asked him why was he holding my documents for seven days but clearly had no contact with the owner, to which Mr.Wynter wanted to argue and say that I was doubting his services. After two weeks with my paperwork held by Aban realty, I finally meet the owner on a Sunday who informed me he had to check back with his partner, who happens to be wife who I met when I FIRST viewed the apartment. The reason they are moving upstairs because they didn’t have heat, which means I wouldn’t have heat. They also had a back door that leads to a yard filled with RATS from the bedroom. There is a basement that is able to be used, but it is padlocked, probably because of more rodents.
