I came across a critical review of ABC Locksmith on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Prices are so high’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against ABC Locksmith with a pinch of salt.

This place doesnt even deserve a single star! The prices are crazy high enough to make you think if this lady is from another planet. And shes OK with it. Shed rather turn you away than try and explain why her prices are so high. Not to mention her crazy 25% restocking fee. Thats right. 25% on something so overpriced, the restocking fee would get you what you needed at another shop. So much for supporting small businesses.I ended up going to Lowes, and getting what I needed for 1/5 the price!

It is difficult to ascertain whether ABC Locksmith is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review. In the coming weeks/days, I will try to research deeper into ABC Locksmith, analyze and list more critical reviews and identify a pattern (or lack of) to substantiate the claim mentioned above.
Regardless, until then, we give the benefit of doubt to the reviewer and list ABC Locksmith as someone you need to avoid (for now).
