If I could, I would put no Star. The staff at Adventist Health Medical Office – Fowler are incredibly rude and mean.You would think that It’s suppose to be a friendly environment since it is a FAMILY care.No, they don’t treat you with respect or sympathy to the reason you are there.I took my son who is 6 months there because he had a fever and needed some test done.The front desk ladies were rude, carless and had a lot of attitude.After a LONG wait even though I had an appointment. They finally saw us.Did a test and said they would contact me no more than 2-3 days. It has been 2 weeks now.And I’m the one who has to go chasing and contacting them. It is very inconvenient and upsetting.If the results aren’t in yet the least they could do is to inform me because clearly I am worried that is why I brought my son there in the first place.Sad to say that I chose this place because it is in town, convenient and family care.But I had a terrible experience and will not return there again.I’d rather travel 15-20 miles else where.
