Wow. I make a payment and its gets jacked up in Alaska Usa Federal Credit Union’s system. They charge a $26 late fee and will not reverse it even though I made the payment.They said the account number was inputted wrong, well I copied and pasted it right from my spreadsheet.When I read it too “Debby” the manager, it was what they had in their system.She then still would not reverse the charge because she said I must have made a mistake inputting it.I then asked for her last name and she said “I do not give out my last name” and then hung up.This company is extremely shaddy and I would not do business with them.
