Alaska USA Mortgage Company – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Alaska USA Mortgage Company on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘No response.’.

I do like Alaska USA Mortgage Company. I worked for them for several years. They are my primary financial institution. I do not like their mortgage department. I am currently getting my second mortgage. I also own an investment property.About a decade ago, I was toying between renting and buying. I applied on line to a couple of places. Alaska USA didn’t get back to me for two weeks.When they finally responded, the gal said she had been given my online application and she had lost it. Her name was Yohyon Pharr.I still get happy holiday e-mails from her. I ended up renting though.When I bought a property a couple of years ago, I applied online and called and I couldn’t ever get anyone to help me.Voicemails and no response. I was a little shocked. I went with another lender who called me right away and gave me updates often.I’m trying to buy my second property right now. I’m not sure why I’m trying to go through Alaska USA again, but I’m trying. All of my banking is through them.I have some loyalty. Let’s give Alaska USA one more chance. I apply to a couple of different places on a Friday evening. Denali FCU calls me on a Saturday.I have an approval letter that day. Alaska USA emails me a couple of days after. I ask if she would please call me.She doesn’t end up calling just emailing back and forth. A couple days later, I ask if she would please call.She responds with an emailing telling me that she needs more documentation. She never called.When the customer asks for you to call, then call. I mean what the hell.Anyways, I decided to let her know that I have already been approved through Denali and thanked her for her time. She responded with Perfect.You know what?! I couldn’t agree more!! Perfect is right!! I have applied with y’all three times and can’t even get the whole process started. It is ridiculous.
