The first time I came over to Alberto Roman, CPA’s funky-looking office unannounced I was told to make an appointment first, which I completely understand.If I’m going to entrust someone to do something as important as my taxes I want to know who I’m dealing with face-to-face and before committing to a business relationship.When I came back he didn’t remember talking to me, in reality it was only 4 weeks later ?? He started off by asking me a few questions, including how much I made last year and where I worked, so forth and so on.When I asked him questions I didn’t feel he was being upfront or particularly helpful to me as he could’ve been and once I left his office it was with an unfavorable impression.Suffice to say I did not use his services.
