Im not sure if all agents are like this but Esperanza Devega (De Vega) is a double cross back stabber.I was on a short sale for about 7 months and then she text me that the bank will not sell it anymore.I find out today that the house we where supposed to buy was sold to her own buyer for the same price i was suppose to get it.I had great credit and she told me i was supposed to get it.I let other house pass through because i believed in her.Dont trust her to have your best interest. I am sure if she does this then her company is totally fine with it.If your a buyer or seller beware that they are only interested in their own benefit.
