DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Alpine Mortgage Planning with a pinch of salt.

Alpine Mortgage Planning was the Biggest waste of my time. The initial phone consultation is okay but you get handed off to there assistant.I spend 2-3 months only to get denied a mortgage because they felt in there opinion that i should have made mortgage payments on my last loan even though i proved hardship.They gave me a complete run around and told me that i originally would be approved for a loan if i can prove that my job forced me out of state.They told me to provide documentation proving that I was working out of state.It took a lot of my time to get this only for them to tell me after that they think i should have made my mortgage payments before a short sold on my last loan.If they only knew that the only frickin way i could short sell back then was to stop making payments.When alpine mortgage is done with you they are done. I spent so much time dealing with these guys and it was a terrible experience.
