Amelia & Wayne Luxury Homes Power Team was nice & did not seem pushy at first.However, he is only in it to make money at your expense.Totally lied about houses I was interested in by telling me that there were offers higher than the listing price, so that I would go in with a higher offer = more commission for him.And when I refused to go above my price range, he seemed to keep showing me places that were on the higher end of my loan & what a coincidence- there was already an offer at a higher price!The kicker is that I found out through a family friend who is a real estate person that there were no other offers on these houses & the seller was still waiting on one!I wouldnt recommend this guy to anyone!
