I came across a critical review of American Bullion, Inc. on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘American Bullion deserves to be shut down’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against American Bullion, Inc. with a pinch of salt.
Here is what the review says –
I am not sure what to say about these scammers. Being a customer for so long did not do any good to me. I bought the assets 4 years back from American Bullion. When I first talked to them, they assured that the inflation will have no role in the metal prices and it would be a wise decision to invest in them. I rolled down my IRAs to get these coins.Again, they advised me to buy graded American Eagles too. Being a listening customer, I did as they said. I got some American Eagle too. This was also not my decision. I was charged more than what was the worth of the coins. Even the American eagle was quoted at 3 times more than the actual price. To make the scam worse, they did not even provide me the graded coin. Now, coming back to the current year, I contacted them if they were interested in buying the coins. They provided a positive response. So, I went ahead and asked for the price over spot for silver. They offered me $2 for each coin.God! This is how you deal with your customers? The difference in the buying and selling price was too high. They asked me a difference of $52. So, what they said about the metal price at the start of our deal was all lie. Or, they scammed me by charging me an unjustified price. So, when I asked them for an answer, they declined to respond. Hence, I went to consult another broker. This was the right decision. As I got the price I was looking for and understood how this company cheated me by charging me at a higher side. This is a shame for your brand. I think that they are only trying to mislead their customers by making false promises and the returns are close to nothing. These guys are smugglers. I have never been cheated so badly in my entire life. I put my life saving on the stake and they utilized it for their profit.American Bullion might say all those cheesy words, but the reality is, they are the worst company I have ever seen. They pretend to be your Armor for making the right financial decisions. But, they actually feed on your money and lack of knowledge.I am not the only customer they have cheated. There are many others. They may be doing everything in their capability to hide their negative reviews, but how would they hide their scam. These guys are parasites and would eat your money. They are not only overpriced but are making false promises too. I was kept in dark while I was ready to continue a long-term deal. Because of their fraud, I am out of their equation. They said to me that they had customers asking for that rate, so was I once. They are not true to anyone. They only work for themselves and carry no ethics.
