Anaheim Professional Services – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Anaheim Professional Services on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘I'm frustrated!’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Anaheim Professional Services with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

I’m frustrated! We had set an appointment for a reason and with only 1 person doing your taxes.How is it that they book 4 people for the same time? Each person takes about 45 min.So for having an appointment we had to still wait about 2 hours.What really triggered me the most is that there is a sign in sheet to take you in order, or that’s what you would think.We were one of 4 to have the same appointment time and we were 3rd on the list so explain to me why the 4th person was seen ahead of me!We complained and were given a run around answer.Don’t think we will come here again after coming for the past 4-5 years

It is difficult to ascertain whether Anaheim Professional Services is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review. In the coming weeks/days, I will try to research deeper into Anaheim Professional Services, analyze and list more critical reviews and identify a pattern (or lack of) to substantiate the claim mentioned above.
