I tried Ananya Spa Seattle because it’s close to where I live. Eliza gives good massages, so when I was offered a discount for referring friends, I made the referrals. When I attempted to use the discount, though, they showed their true colors. I booked a massage online specifically with a female masseuse, Leilani, and received a confirmation email showing my appointment with Leilani.When I showed up, they tried to give me a male masseuse and said Leilani had another appointment. When I tried to reschedule because I’m not comfortable with a male masseuse, they said they would not honor the discount. So, not only did they bait and switch me without offering me anything for my inconvenience, but they won’t even honor their own discount!
