I came across a critical review of ANM Services on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘ANM director, Heng is not a trust worthy business man’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against ANM Services with a pinch of salt.

While there are many companies that struggle to get the big start by following the ethical practices, there are some who do not think twice by involving malpractices for the things to happen. This is not new and there have been many cases that are registered every month. Similar charges were put on Heng Tze Yong who is the director or AMC Services few years back.AMC Services is a company that makes air filters for cleaning semiconductor parts. The case happened in 2016 when the officials came to know about the kickback that was offered by Heng to one of the facility manager for Micron Semiconductor Asia. In 2012, Ong Seng Wee who was the facility manager was looking for the suppliers for Hepa filters. These filters are required in the rooms where the semiconductors are cleaned.During this time, Heng gave $10,000 to Ong in order to receive contracts that were worth $155,000. After this, there were total of five contracts that were awarded to Heng and ANM Services within a year. The contract was worth $104,280.Again, the company was awarded five more contracts worth US dollar 37,686 from March to September 2013.In May 2013, Heng paid $3000 in cash to Ong while having dinner at a restaurant and later paid $7000. These all transactions were made to ensure that Heng kept getting the contracts from Micron in future as well.There were few more Ongs bills were paid by Heng for a total of $3000. However, this did not stay in dark for long and in December 2014, an anonymous letter was received by graft busters giving a lead about the unethical association between the duo.After which the case was brought to the court and Heng was sentenced to five weeks of imprisonment and was also fined for the same. Moreover, Ong was also jailed later for 10 weeks for the same case.There have been cases which has put the legitimacy of the dealings of the manufacturing industry into question and this case was a huge exclamation. Both parties involved in this scam had a personal agenda while agreeing on the common terms. And, these could pollute the entire industry.Hence, it is important to keep people like Heng and Ong at bay.

It is difficult to ascertain whether ANM Services is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review. In the coming weeks/days, I will try to research deeper into ANM Services, analyze and list more critical reviews and identify a pattern (or lack of) to substantiate the claim mentioned above.
