I came across a critical review of Carmens Tax Solutions on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘The Receptionist Was Very Rude And Unprofessional’.

Did not have a good experience Carmens Tax Solutions, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.It’s a first come-first serve type of business unless you have an appointment.But the receptionist was letting people go ahead of us who had gotten there after us, and did not have an appointment either.The 2 hr. wait was NOT worth it, and to make matters worst the consultant had delayed in sending some documents in so it’s all just a big mess!
