I came across a critical review of Certainty Home Loans on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘They Are Not Honest’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Certainty Home Loans with a pinch of salt.

Everyone out there .stay away from Certainty Home Loans. Real Estate Agents, do not refer your clients to them.They are not honest, do not communicate and when they do they tell you what you want to here.They will cause you unnecessary delays in closing your deals.They just cost me a sale of my home in N. Georgia due to misrepresentations on approvals and my house has been under contract for over 2 months with promises of 4 closing dates one of which everyone was sitting around the table and had to leave.I have lost other full price offers because of these unethical people.PLEASE do not use or refer anyone to them so they will have to go out of business in Georgia.
