Chantel Campbell – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Chantel Campbell on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Commission Check’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Chantel Campbell with a pinch of salt.

Although I did think Chantel was a very nice person, she did not deliver what she promised as a realtor/buying agent.I knew exactly what I was looking for and supplied her with that information and really the only help I ever received from her were computer generated emails.If I found something ON MY OWN, looking through all the many listing sites and called to see it, yes, either she or an associate would show it, but I don’t really think of that as doing a job and helping me find a home.I call that. me doing all the work, her making the appt, showing up, then collecting a check when I find something.A buyer’s agent should be actively searching through the new listings that come out each day for a property that matches the specifications of their clients, then calling to let them know something is available.I CALL that DOING THEIR JOB! Otherwise, I think if I am the one having to spend the hours doing all the searching everyday, then they should be splitting that commission check with me!!

It is difficult to ascertain whether Chantel Campbell is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review. In the coming weeks/days, I will try to research deeper into Chantel Campbell, analyze and list more critical reviews and identify a pattern (or lack of) to substantiate the claim mentioned above.
