Very very bad services!!! Horrible tax return. This is a small company that only have several people in the office.Their survives is slow, I have to called every week. They dont even know how to respect costumers either.Once I got my tax return from them, they made a very ridiculous mistake which was putting a wrong address on my tax return!They messed up my home address and work address! Which is using my first part of home address as street address and the last part of my work address as the zip code!What a rookie mistake! Thus, this is a new address that never exist in the US!I asked them to correct it for me because I have already paid. I need it to apply FAFSA.However, they just ignore it and no more further action!I am so disappointed and super mad! I could not get any refund since the mailing address is wrong that never exist on the world.They are very irresponsible, rude and horrible.
