Do not contact Cindy Liu Mortgage Services. I asked for a mortgage rate quote, this person quickly responded in email with an on-line application and a long list of personal documents (bank statements, W-2’s…etc).I filled out the on-line application but asked to be confirmed for pre-approval and estimate on closing costs before providing more documentation, and the broker never called back.Now I feel cheated for even providing income and credit information on line.I even called her several times to follow up, she either told me she’d call me back in a few minutes then never did or later not responding to voice mails or calls.Very unprofessional.
