I’ve been a Community Medical Providers Medical patient for almost 15 years and had some great doctors over the years, like Drs.Castillo and Bridgenell. Now I am looking for a new primary care physician.I’ve had my pharmacy contact them to authorize a refill on a medication I’ve taken forever (and after I’d been in the office 6-12 mo prior for a physical)They will flat out deny refilling even a month of it and say a visit is required, leaving me without my medication.It’s not that simple when you work. The office is usually slow and running late so I have to block out hours to come in for something that used to be simple.It seems like they just want insurance money and don’t care about their patients.Plus, Dr. Downey talks to me like I’m stupid and has a strange bedside manner.It was nice when I was pregnant and got to see a quality, thorough, efficient doctor who cared about me.Now I need to find a quality PCP because the ones at CMP in Clovis are not.
