I came across a critical review of Dealmakers Real Estate on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Dealmakers are actually Deal Breakers’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Dealmakers Real Estate with a pinch of salt.

My experience with Dealmakers Real Estate was pathetic. It is not that I do not understand the challenges of this work and know that sometimes, even after a lot of hard work, clients do not get what they are looking for. However, there is no excuse to hide the lethargic and impatient behaviour of staffs that we have to deal with, including the owners.I was trying to buy my first house and checked few options on the website of Dealmakers real estate. To my bad luck, I was not aware of the pathetic service these guys offer. There is no word to explain what I went through in the entire process. I would try to be as brief as possible.When I registered on their website, these guys called me back. It was my first mistake to leave my phone number of their site. These guys were very persuasive in the beginning. I was given many options. I also looked at few properties and enquired about it. It seemed to be a useful information sharing session. I did like how they explained me everything and the process of buying the house.I transferred the money directly to their bank account for helping me in buying the house. This was my second mistake. I did not check with any other agent or looked fort their reviews online. I was in a haste to buy the house.From next day, they stopped calling. I was told that they would come up with some list to help me finalize the house. But, that list was never emailed to me. I tried calling the after a week and they were rude. They said that I should not be so impatient. Why not, I had already paid them the money in full which was non refundable to make the process easy and fast.After few calls, they sent me the list. I matched those already listed on the website and the pictures were different. I had liked house from their website. But, when they sent me the real images, I was shocked. The house was broken. The paint was coming off. The door looked broken as well.In short, the house was not the same one listed on their website. When I asked for an explanation, I was given many excuses. Some said the wrong pictures were uploaded by mistake. Some accused the owners of sharing the fake pictures.It was evident that they were scamming me. I asked for a refund and that is when they came after me with all those abuses and filthy words. Completely unprofessional and biased. These people are scammers. Even the owner was rude and ignored my complaints.He did not even meet me. I was left in the hands of these fraud staffs. I never got the amount back. And, they left sending me the property details as well.I lost my money. They are reported by many other people as well. I should have checked that earlier.
