I came across a critical review of Dr. Bruno Bucci on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘They're So Rude Over The Phone’.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bruno Bucci back when Zanchi was there and things were always great.Don’t get me wrong Bucci is also a great doctor but some of his front office staff need some all around training.They’re so rude over the phone, they can’t answer your questions so they’ll transfer you over to someone else because they can’t deal with you, they’ll have you waiting on the phone with no answer, when you try and ask for something they seem to be irritated.The patients don’t need to suffer because they’re having a bad day.Where’s the professionalism, compassion and friendliness of the staff!?
