Dr Edward Buckingham, Buckingham Center for Facial Plastic Surgery – Legit or Scam?

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Dr Edward Buckingham, Buckingham Center for Facial Plastic Surgery with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

250$ consultation fee, which they act like it’s nothing and it goes towards the surgery! Excuse me, but this is pretty much where I basically interview witch Dr. I want to do my life altering surgery and your already making the assumption that I want to do surgery and that justifies this outrageous price! This is a complete bait and switch business, pull you in with all the fake reviews (this place has about 400+ fake reviews) and get you with the 250$ down and you think what could go wrong then your stuck with a complete botch fest on your face that you have to find an actual real specialist to fix.  Your Insurence will get blown up for things you didn’t consent to,  after the surgery and after he’s made 1000s of dollars from your insurance he will make you feel like he did you a favor.  Then you will get extra bills for months.  Look up the reviews on the surgery center and well as the Anesthesia company because the is a hot mess.  The arrogant attitude and demeaning tone only gets worst and this guy gets worse each time.  It’s like he’s happy he tricked someone into believing he has any idea what the hell he is doing and paying for it.  This guy is the worst rated doctor in Austin and they have to flood the bad reviews with paid ones to keep functional.  This guy is under investigation by the medical board and would do your research and make sure save yourself for a life changing mistake that you will regret for the rest of you life.
