I came across a critical review of Dr Gary Motykie Reviews on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘I know he Photoshops his results online and is a sloppy surgeon’.

I’m a former nurse of Dr Gary Motykie’s and I can say Dr Motykie is a dangerous  surgeon and even Photoshops his results to make them look far better than his bad results. I worked there as a nurse for several years and saw his terrible results firsthand. A few months after working there, I noticed that his before and after photographs did not match the same patients I saw in the clinic. They were obviously photoshopped by Dr Motykie to hide scars and to straighten badly deviated noses. I became suspicious when a patient I became close with noticed her photo in Gary’s Instagram was doctored in many areas. That made me sick to my stomach that a Doctor like gary could deceive unsuspecting people looking for surgery with him.What first got me suspicious about Gary Motykie  is when he hurt two of my good girlfriends I sent to him. One was a long time friend from my New York City days who got her septum perforated from a rhinoplasty he performed. Her nose ended up with a deep valley dip over the bridge and to top it all she ended up with serious infection that needed  7 days of I.V antibiotics. He did not know what the hell to do But instead asked for more money to revise the mess he created in the first place. He then re-operated on her again and now the bridge of her nose collapsed. She’s totally devastated.I was such an moron to then tell my other friend too go the irresponsible Dr Motykie who ended up getting a facelift but had a permanent nerve damage to her lower lip and  now looks like she’s paralyzed when she smiles. Her face also is disfigured with big depressions on the right side of the face.So sad. I am so embarrassed and guilty I allowed this greedy butcher to get his hands on my friends. I normally don’t take the time to write criticisms of other doctors because all of them have they’re good days and bad. But I can no longer hold back and have to become the whistle blower of this fraudulent surgeon and enemy of the people.
