I came across a critical review of Dr.Guzoujian Robert on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Very bad Costumer Services’.

I have contacted Dr.Guzoujian Robert office trying to become one of his patients because some co-workers talked to me about how good he is.I wanted my husband, son and I to be seen by him, his receptions told me, Dr. fist had to approve us as new patients.I waited for 2 months and they never contacted me so I went on person they made me complete forms and after several phone calls to ask whether or not Dr. decided to take us as new patients finally the receptionst told me they both were approved and gave me appointments for them.I asked what about me she claimed I never asked for my self. She took my number and promised to call back to let me know if he was going to take me as a new patient.I asked how long should I wait before I contact them again to ask for the status and she was rude saying Ma’am I don’t know just wait for my call.I explained to her the previous experience she said NOTHING just ignoring what I had just explained.It has been a month an a half and haven’t hear from her. Very bad costumer services it is sad because according to my son and husband he is a wonderful Dr..
