I came across a critical review of Dr. Kenneth Yau on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘I Was Extremely Upset’.

The Dr. who did my first sons circumcision no longer did that procedure any more so my husband and I had to look for another Dr. Dr. Kenneth Yau had good reviews and reasonable pricing so we scheduled our second sons appointment with him. Big mistake.During the procedure it took a lot longer than my first sons and even my husband who is Jewish and has seen many circumcisions in his lifetime turned and asked me why was everything taking so long.The Dr took his time doing everything and didnt seem fast and efficient like my first sons Dr. I was thinking his work must be amazing since he took his time slowly doing everything.Days after my son was still screaming to the top of his lungs and unable to stay asleep for long.I was thinking maybe my son got an infection and called the Dr.s office to bring him in before the seven days.Something felt wrong. My husband suggested we take him to a different Dr. first.When we took him in to get checked they noticed the tip of our sons penis had been accidentally nicked.They told us that was most likely what was causing him the extra pain.I called Dr. Yaus office to let them know and the receptionist just said OK thank you for letting us know have a good day goodbye and hung up on me.I was extremely upset. It was heartbreaking. It has been over a month and my son has healed and we noticed the Dr probably should have taken off more foreskin then he did.He did everything slowly, he nicked the tip of my sons penis, and the overall work wasnt really good.I would highly not recommend anyone taking their son to him to get circumcised.
