Dr. Matharu Joginder – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Dr. Matharu Joginder on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Dr. Matharu Joginder is rude’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Dr. Matharu Joginder with a pinch of salt.

Dr. Matharu Joginder is rude, judgmental, & insensitive, I have no idea how he has worked with women for 33 years.I mentioned that I had some concerns & issues with my delivery and had a birth plan that I would like him to review.I also said that I know in certain situations & emergencies I was completely aware that things change & certain measures need to be taken, but that I had a list of things I wanted to avoid & would prefer if possible for myself & baby.Before reading, just the mention of the plan the Dr. completely flips out & tells me if he doesn’t agree with what I have or want I may need to get a different Dr. to delivery my baby.I tell him that is perfectly fine, but that he hasn’t read it yet to have this reaction & that really it is less work for him & just more of a natural approach to a delivery.That I have had 2 children prior and had similar plans that the hospital & other Dr.s were fine with.He reads each bullet and gives me a worst case scenario for each…which I remind him again that I understand in a worst case scenario things can change, but that I prefer to avoid & do not want this & that done unless absolutely necessary.He comments that people who write these birth plans usually get everything they don’t want done & have happen.I jokingly reply you mean I just jinxed myself!?! As he reads he states well if your okay with bleeding to death we can do this, if your okay with dying this is fine, & if you want to kill your baby this is okay too.After every single thing on my DO NOT CONSENT TO and PREFER list for myself & my baby.Some were minor things that would not result to either of those outcomes.At the end he makes a comment about mothers who write these usually get a note written in their file…I say well definitely put that in my file that I wrote birth plan.When I leave the room the nurses outside my room are staring at me and I can tell that the DR. had just said something when he left my room to them or had some negative reaction when leaving my room.I was not rude or pushy at anytime with the staff or doctor. I did not blow up when leaving or demand my file to take to a new doctor.Though I probably should have & would have if I could of done it with out crying from being so mad.This doctor has no compassion or consideration for working with women.He will NOT be delivering my baby. He considers all concerns or questions to be an inconvenience to him & WILL DO whatever he is asked specifically NOT TO DO.I understand Dr.’s are educated & experienced, but I also believe women know their bodies & prior history & these need to collaborate in some cases especially child birth.A doctor should at least show some sympathy towards a patient & their concerns.A doctor does not always have the right to make ALL of the decisions regarding my body & medical care.This one THINKS he does. Worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider.
