Dr.Michael Gottlieb – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Dr.Michael Gottlieb on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Customer Service Sucks’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Dr.Michael Gottlieb with a pinch of salt.

I would have been a new patient of Dr.Michael Gottlieb. I sent over my information thru the portal like they requested and never received a call to schedule my appt.I called the office several times and no one ever answers.I finally emailed them asking what the problem was and someone called me back stating that they called me but my number was disconnected which is a lie.I asked her if my number was disconnected(which is was not) why didn’t you email me.She clearly stated that they call before they email…but my number was disconnected.So how can you call when the number is disconnected? Makes no sense to me.Very poor customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone.I heard great things about Dr. Gottlieb but his staff ruined my experience and I will not and refuse to become a patient there.I’m very big on customer service and this facility customer service sucks big time and they are liars.
