Dr. Paul Campion – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Dr. Paul Campion on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Type Of Customer Service’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Dr. Paul Campion with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

I was recommended to Dr. Paul Campion’s office after my co worker had a good experience. Unfortunately, my experience was different. Not only were my glasses late coming in (I had to call twice to check on them) but the staff is really pushy about up selling the lens “extras”.Originally I wanted thin, anti glare and scratch resistant lenses. I was under impression this came with my overall purchase.Once I picked up my finished glasses and was given my grand total, I was shocked at the price.I was then told everything I ordered on my lenses were extra, not free.So I asked them to redo my lenses and take off the so called “extras”.So they took my glasses to the back, popped out the lenses and put the lenses (pictured) in my new frames. The lenses are popping out from the top and are WAY too big for the frames. I told them this wasn’t right but they said “it’s what your ordered”.I’ll never do business with them again and wonder if the Doctor even knows his office staff is providing this type of customer service.I wish I could give them ZERO stars but can’t. Do not do business here.
