Dr. Richard Winkle – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Dr. Richard Winkle on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘She Was Very Rude And Unprofessional’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Dr. Richard Winkle with a pinch of salt.

Dr. Richard Winkle is a very good doctor. He’s an old-school doctor that really knows how to take care of his patients.I was a patient of his for almost 2 years until I ran into a situation with his office clerk Lorena.She was very rude and unprofessional to me so I had to file a grievance with the state of California and my insurance company to complain about her for refusing to do her job which she is paid to do and file an authorization for a medical procedure that I much needed.I had explained to her why I was able to keep my previous appointments and this she did not understand and she went all Dr. Jeckal and Mr. Hyde on me.I highly recommend that you do not deal with her. Talk with with Dr. Winkle only.I have now changed doctors and I am very happy and I am glad to get away from the rudest staff and the attitude that I would have to put up with every time I checked into that doctors office.I’m the wrong person to piss off because I do file lawsuits and I do complain.
