I came across a critical review of Dr Rochelle Slamovich on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Does not value her patient's time’.

I visited Dr. Rochelle Slamovich at SF Eye Site on April 17, 2014 to update my contact lens prescription. As of March 31, 2015, I still do not have that contact lens prescription, and yet she continues to send reminders that I owe $56.Rochelle does not value her patient’s time. I arrived with mountains of paperwork to fill out, and then I sat and watched as everything was typed in. What’s worse is that they “forgot” to finish my appointment, so even after trying on a variety of lenses, I was unable to get a contact lens prescription.She insisted I return to have my eyes dilated before she could write a prescription.On top of all that, she tells me that my prescription isn’t available.I’ve been wearing contacts for 15 years and have never once had this problem. I couldn’t even get a prescription for the lensesMy experience visiting this optometrist was so frustrating and difficult, that I opted to have PRK eye surgery to correct my vision. It was easier to undergo surgery than to get a written prescription for contacts from them.Unless you’ve got all the time and patience in the world, I suggest you go elsewhere.
