Efm Financial Center owns a lot of apartments that are rented out. The one in North Hollywood is full of roaches!Neighbors scratch cars and it takes Frank and Brandon forever to check the cameras to the point that footage are overwritten!Before I evacuate, I ask them to send an inspector!
