I came across a critical review of Emiljan Vrapi on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Date Romance Fraud’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Emiljan Vrapi with a pinch of salt.

I met Emiljan in Loutro Greece September 2018. He showed strong romance advances toward me and I extended an invitation for him to visit me in Australia on tourist visa. It was difficult to obtain one as he has an Albanian passport.He found a way in Germany to obtain Greek ID & Passport and convinced me to send him money to pay for it because he had spent all of his and the rest was in an Albanian bank assuring me he would pay me back once he had met up with me in Australia.He asked me if I could help him and I stupidly believed him and sent money via western union. I believe he is scamming me and most likely others as well. BEWARE
