I came across a critical review of Fidelity National Title on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Worse’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Fidelity National Title with a pinch of salt.
Here is what the review says –
Fidelity National Title sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to the wrong account. Let that sink in.They had one job. We sold our house and they were paid to facilitate the transaction (basically push paper). They made a mistake while transferring the balance of our mortgage and sent our loan payoff to my checking account, instead of our mortgage account.Worse, then they accused me of being ugly on the phone when I was hurriedly working to fix their mistake.Use another company, not these clowns.
