Let me show you!”- Steven Roberts”I’m sure you didn’t mean for it to come off that way, but I do know how lenders work and of course I shopped around before making a decision.I may be a preschool teacher, but I’ve also owned, managed, and rented out properties for nine years.Your need to explain “the process” feels condescending, although I’m sure it’s your usual intro.Kindly respect my no thank you.” -Myself “Your response makes absolutely no sense.Me offering you competitive rates and an opportunity to compare my loan products and communicate the process clearly and effective is condescending? Have you ever considered I don’t know you and your real estate history based on your email address? Have you considered some people get taken advantage of and are not explained all of their options? Sounds like you may have a few issues.Glad we won’t be working together. ” -Steven Roberts Maybe I was overly blunt, maybe having basic information relayed to me as if I don’t know how life works (when I just made an offer on a house, no less) got a little too aggravating today.I really just wanted them to stop calling/emailing me and respect my decision. Regardless, speaking to me that way wasn’t necessary and it’s no way to do business.If you choose to go with First United and you’re in the Austin area, I recommend avoiding this agent in particular.
