Firstfocusmedia.com – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Firstfocusmedia.com on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Not a profesional company as stated’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Firstfocusmedia.com with a pinch of salt.

I orders 2 pairs of trainers believing this was a genuine website i paid with my new debit card after 2 days of placing the order a checked my account and money had been taken out from beijing without my consent, delivery stated 4-6 days after money went missing decided to contact website and ask for a refund as this had only happened when i placed a order with them and thought it couldn’t be that much of a coincidence the email address they replied with was different to the company name so searched it and came up as scam .So i contacted them back asking for a refund and told them what i had found out about them and not once to they deny the money that went missing out of my account or that they were a scam and said they couldn’t refund because the items had already been shipped but they couldn’t give me shipping details because they hadn’t asked the company for them yet , after a month 2 pairs of trainers turned up that were just plain white with no inner soles and stitching and glue on show were they had been quickly ditched together on contacting them they said they spoke with there delivery company and they admitted to opening the package and when they have repackaged they have put wrong items in .Just excuse after excuse i received money back from bank as i reported the scam to them and after 20 emails of me accusing them of being a fake website and scamming people and also taking money out of my account they have never once defended themselves and denied it . AVOID !!!
