I came across a critical review of Frank Sandoval – Bank of America on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘The Auditing Department Isn't Doing Their Job’.

So far not so happy with Bank of America taking over servicing my mortgage. I send my cashiers check certified mail using flat rate.I get a detailed tracking and the bank is posting my money 2 to 3 days after they show they received my payments.I called them on this issue and they say they go by when the receive it. I told them I had proof that they received it on a certain date and they didn’t want to hear it.The woman told me they get audited for that..and I think apparently the auditing department isn’t doing their job!So beware of this issue and please if you are having an issue to bring it to their attention because seems they WANT YOUR LATE PAYMENT!
