Handyman Services BGM – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Handyman Services BGM on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘I'm reporting Ricardo to the Better Business Bureau for multiple’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Handyman Services BGM with a pinch of salt.

Ricardo is the most unprofessional, rude and arrogant person I’ve ever come across. Beware, he treats women very poorly and in a sexually inappropriate manner.He does not return calls, you have to actively contact him. He is a no show on his appointments, he does not send contracts and documents until you follow up with him several times and even then he is unreliable on appointment times. Weeks have past on a very important job when it should have been completed by now and yet I was patient and VERY kind, giving him the benefit of the doubt based on other reviews.On the day he was supposed to show up at 9 am when he insisted no later then that time, he displayed the utmost arrogance and unprofessional behavior, cancelling the job (FOR NO REASON) as I sit here and wait for him when he’s 3 hours late. He then proceeds to use derogatory and sexually inappropriate terms towards me. Again, for NO REASON as I’ve just been patient and still willing to work with him up until this happened.I’m reporting Ricardo to the Better Business Bureau for multiple bad business practices but mainly for using sexually inappropriate language towards me. I’m not posting the outlandish things he’s said to me that have both displayed his arrogance and lack of professionalism because of the legal outcome which could ensue on this matter.If you need a reliable contractor please contact me, as I decided to give Ricardo a chance and he’s proven that he’s a terrible human being.
