I came across a critical review of Harry Pike on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Property rental deposit scam’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Harry Pike with a pinch of salt.

Nearly scammed yesterday by this lowlife scum after posting a Wanted ad on Gumtree for a rental property. He used mobile number 07368 376860 and email [email protected] to try and scam £300 deposit from us for keys to rental property. Thank goodness I smelt a rat and asked him for proof of his owning property. He then went quiet. Also gave me Nationwide Building Society, Swindon Bank account details 07-04-36 37618798 Mr H Pike. Police and Nationwide will be informed. Got to stop this scammer now!
