I came across a critical review of James Rick Stinson on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘James Stinson Serial Entrepreneur or an immature idiot’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against James Rick Stinson with a pinch of salt.

There are many terms for people like James Rick Stinson. People who do not know anything about business but think of themselves as one of the many successful entrepreneurs. It is always a confusion for people like these about what business even means. James, though see himself as the serial entrepreneur, is nothing but someone who is still not sure what he wants to do. I joined him as an employee and experienced the worst work atmosphere.Although sales and marketing professionals are required to travel and live at odd places, it does not mean that one should be left in the middle of nowhere. This guy is unethical. He abuses people. What he does is nothing of anyones business, but what his employees do, even at their home, somehow becomes his business. A compete nosy boss.Worked for 7 months and were thrown out without any warning. There was no way one could have survived that company. And, they made sure they make their own reasons for not even paying us. We, two of us, joined his company as sales and marketing professionals. We were given targets but no training at all. We were on our own from day one. All we got was some pep talks that ended as soon as we reached the destination.The company did offer us some great attractions to be a part of the program. Selling their Full Potential would not have been a problem and we did get them the leads which they messed up. At the end, we did all that we could to close the sales. But, what we needed from them wasnt ever available, the much needed support.After lot of escalations, James did talk to us about the problem but in his own way. He made it look like our mistake. How can everyone be always at the fault and he is always right. This does not make sense. On top of that, you are not allowed to share suggestions. At certain instances, James even used our email ids. How unethical and childish. If I talk about myself, I do not like to be spoon fed. I can do it my way, not the way you want me to. This is how professionals work. The end results matter.Every week, we were hunted down on skype. There was nothing done to change the ways of his old school ethics. This guy has no manners to talk to his subordinates. I believe he enjoys throwing up on people who he pays. Anyway, I was okay for taking the shit if the job wasnt fine, but not for unjustified reasons.The one who joined with me had to go through even worse accusations. Being in the middle of no where and counting on your boss was the biggest mistake that we did. We were thrown out without any notice. Moreover, they pretended as if they spent a lot on us. We were not even given enough meal. Everything was counted. I think, he must be counting the oxygen that we took while staying there.Who pays food for work. The time is gone. People work for money and not to have sufficient meals for the time being. The stay was also very dirty and unmanaged. We had to call for the services for bugs and mosquitoes all the time. Some days, we were heard and other days, we had to manage it all ourselves.Their program is also not worth the money that they charge from the clients. Actually, the entire program is worthless. Spending even a penny would be silly. I did convince people through my sales tricks. There was nothing exclusive about the program. But, they screwed it. As they do it all the time.There were times when the leads that we converted were taken away from us. We were given reasons like the lead was already in talks. These things happened usually. I even decided to close the lead all by myself. To that, they accused me of cheating and selling the program at a higher price. This was never the case. These guys are scary. I have worked for so many companies and have brilliant track record.But, the way James Rick Stinson treated me, was unjustified. This guy is insane. I still crib about the day when I accepted his job offer. How nice he seemed when we talked to him. He made it sound like a vacation with few responsibilities and commission as a perk.James knows how to cheat people. Either its his employees or his clients, he knows his way out. Fooling seems fun to him. James is disturbed and highly wrecked. When we pitched for the program, he made many changes to the curriculum and usually forgot to share it with us. Because of which, many clients just left. We always had difference in the understanding of the program.And, James calls himself a serial entrepreneur. I sometimes feel that the whole stay at the beach was a nightmare. Because, in reality, I have never met people like him. Those who can scam you on your face.I am sure his company, better to say his companies are soon going to fall apart. If you are working for him and think that life can never start again, will anyway fall soon. So, find a reason to survive and get your asses up for real job. This guy will ruin your lives.Better to leave him before he leaves you. Because, for him, it is easy to throw away employees out of his company without completing the necessary formalities. Just a second and you are out of the company. Nothing can match the shamelessness and unethical behaviour that James own.
