I came across a critical review of Jim Peacock Real Estate on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Extremely unprofessional staff’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Jim Peacock Real Estate with a pinch of salt.

Jim Peacock Real Estate Realty has an extremely unprofessional staff handling the application process.They utilize google as their means of verifying addresses and regardless of what you tell them, you’re wrong.I was disrespected and talked down to for questioning their motives and practices.I was told by Jill and I quote “why would I contact her refrences when yours are all screwed up.That’s like going to the gas station and getting gas without a vehicle.”Jill questioned my character and treated me like a second class citizen.Yet they rented to a man that asked local children to ride their bikes to Walmart.I honestly believe that they discriminate against anyone with a hardship.Plus Jim himself will tell you what you want to hear while allowing Jill to be disrespectful and inconsistent with the information she provides.I would rather be homeless than give them a dime of my hard earned money.I hope anyone attempting to rent with Peacock Realty has PERFECT credit, PERFECT rental refrences and has NEVER made any mistakes in their lifetime.
