I follow the rule when choosing contractors “If you can’t make the sale, you don’t get the job.”UPDATE 07/27/17: Mr. Wagher emailed today with an apology for his lack of follow-through, explaining he wasn’t realistic about his workload.He supplied a chart to compare options and wrote a narrative with cogent questions about our long-term strategy. We had already contacted another lender, though.
