I came across a critical review of K and L Home Improvements on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘$700 Gone in the drain and No Work Completed’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against K and L Home Improvements with a pinch of salt.

From K & L All Home Improvement, Kenneth Keith Spivey agreed to deliver a carport. On the 9th Oct 2016, he mentioned us that he needs $700 in order to build the required materials. We used to know Kenneth for last several years. We have also hired his services several times in the past. Due to this reason, I trusted Kenneth a lot as well as offered him the amount he asked for.Once the payment is made, he never ever came back. It was tough for me to reach for Kenneth via phone. I remember that once he talked to me via phone. And now when I am trying to contact him, the message I am receiving is that the mail box is pack and thats why I am unable to leave my message for him.K & L is operated by Kenneth himself along with is other assistants. There is hardly any permanent address he used to have. So, it is really tough to trace where he is right now. So, here I want to warn others about K&L as well as Kenneth. A complaint has been filed against him in the civil court by me. However, I am not getting that strong feel to get back my money.When I researched more about him, I came across a strong criminal background that Keith used to hold. For me its too late now.
