I came across a critical review of Kava Realty Group on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Very Bad Business Practice’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Kava Realty Group with a pinch of salt.

Kava Realty Group is totally unethical! “Lillian whose accent sounded Vietnamese on the phone, had a property that was posted online as only accessible to be seen until the open house the following weekend.My real estate agent called and asked if we could see it before the open house, “Lillian said no.A few days later, the house is “contingent. I called Lillian and asked how the house could be contingent if no one was allowed in it before the open house.She said “oh, well it was a “really good offer. I asked if this person had been allowed to see the inside of the house, she said “yes.I asked her why she would allow some people in before the open house and not others, she again said “it was a really good offer.Very bad business practice. I will not show interest in Kava properties from here on out.Id be curious to know if the person whose offer was accepted and whom was allowed in the house while others were not, was of the same ethnic group .
