Keurig – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Keurig on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘MY MACHINE BROKE DOWN and I WAS SCAMMED’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Keurig with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

My Keurig machine was faulty. I called the company and I was told I have no warranty. What a scam! I spent so much money on this machine and now I can not get to work without the machine working this is ridiculous! I told the company I would sue them and they said they can not help me because I am out of warranty on my machine which does not make sense since we are supposed to have an extended warranty plan so incidents like these can be fixed by scam companies that prey on middle class hard workers. This is not the first time I have had troubles with this machine because when I first bought it, it was leaking water all over the place but I found a guide on the internet on how to plug the water machine myself which I did because I am a hard working middle class tax paying citizen who does not stand for corrupt companies selling cheap products that break and disrupt the productive morning of us hard workers.
