Kevin De Vincenzi / Rapid Response Marketing – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Kevin De Vincenzi / Rapid Response Marketing on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘MENTALLY UNSTABLE , A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR , SCAMMER’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Kevin De Vincenzi / Rapid Response Marketing with a pinch of salt.

I would be more than happy to share them if anybody wants them. I am writing this report to warn everybody not to do business with Kevin De Vincenzi / Rapid Response Marketing. I don’t want anybody else to get ripped off and scammed by him.I have done a lot of research on Kevin De Vincenzi / Rapid Response Marketing and it turns out I am not alone in having bad experiences with him. This is what I have found out about him.He has a long history of scamming people and not paying people who works for him. He is a low-life criminal .I say all of this showing you his history and what type of person I was dealing with. Kevin De Vincenzi / Rapid Response Marketing is very dishonest, unethical, immoral, has no common courtesy and respect and very unprofessional as evidenced by the links above . On 2-6-19, Kevin De Vincenzi (Rapid Response Marketing) signed an agreement (PO – Purchase Order) with my company to buy 240 DME Leads for $4,000 USA. On 2-8-18, Kevin De Vincenzi (Rapid Response Marketing) paid my Company by bank wire transfer for the leads. On 2-19-18, I delivered the leads. On 2-28-18, Kevin De Vincenzi / Rapid Response Marketing requested a refund. This is what my PO says about refunds:Tesla Energy will not give refunds for any reason on purchases of Data/Leads. Tesla Energy will only give free replacements of bad leads if the leads were called and Tesla Energy receives a full disposition dialer report on those leads.This is a normal company policy for any legitimate lead / data provider. Kevin De Vincenzi knew full well what my Company policy was before he even purchased my leads.Out of the 240 leads, he only dialed 20 leads and provided me an incomplete disposition dialer report for the 20 leads he dialed. Out of the 20 leads he dialed, He only qualified for 3 replacement leads.Kevin De Vincenzi wanted a full refund of the $4,000 USA that he paid which is ridiculous. He tried to scam me out of my hard earned money.  I refused and I explained to him what my company policy was and offered him the 3 free replacement leads. He refused the replacement leads and said he didn’t want them.Kevin De Vincenzi then went ballistic and became very verbally abusive, threatening and started cussing at me on the phone so I decided to hang up on him. He called me several times a day after that and he was still cussing and being verbally abusive and threatening. This lasted for 1 week. I finally got sick of the harassment and abuse so I ended all communication with him by blocking him on my phone. This proves he is Mentally unstable and probably needs mental help.My advice to anyone reading this post , is to stay far away from Kevin De Vincenzi / Rapid Response Marketing and never do business with him .You will regret it .
