I wish I could give Lam Suzanna CPA a negative star rating. Like other reviews, I had been so happy and I guess spoiled by James and Peter.With no exaggeration, this place brought me to tears. The Albany office is grossly understaffed and the man in charge has such a heavy accent, its often difficult to understand him.They had my paperwork for over 3 weeks, I called to see if my return was ready, the answer way yes.After driving over, finding a parking spot, going upstairs and waiting for the only visible employee to help me I was told my return was not done & that the person working on it wasnt even in that office.I asked for my paperwork back and was told I had to pay for what they had done.Then I couldnt get a straight answer as to whether or not my paperwork was even in that office.Stating that I was going to the police, which I did, I subsequently received a phone call that I could pick up my paperwork.All they had done in 3 weeks was photocopy my gas receipts. I was in tears and visibly shaken. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE
