If had a choice I would not even give Leticia Gonzalez Tax Preparation Service one star!Okay where do I begin last year in 2018 I have came to her office where I had bought three years worth of taxes At first she seemed friendly but then she start talking about how people been coming to her and shes been taking everyones money and not filing taxes I laughed a little thinking it was a joke that people would actually be saying these things about her.I just brushed it off and I let her do my taxes I paid her $2,800 by the way so I am waiting for my tax return from the IRS . NOTHING!The IRS said she never filed ANYTHING! And it had been 6 months from me waiting for my return This is the really sad part since April 14th 2018 Ive been waiting for my taxes that I still havent got nor have been filed I have called Letty several times to make appointments to give paperwork but she never shows up at one point she sent her husband well I saw her hiding in another store not wanting to speak nor see me.Point of this Leticia Gonzalez is a FRAUD! I would never go back at this point I am suing LETICIA GONZALEZ Please read my warning she is a fraud she will take your money and she will not file your taxes I have to wait now to buy a house because she took my money and never filed my taxes I have a lot of trouble now and problems she will not fix them even though I had paid her for that and I also pay to do my taxes which never got done save yourself the trouble and do not go to Leticia Gonzalez tax preparation!Sucks now I have to pay for a lawyer to sue her and get my taxes done. Its now MAY 2019 still nothing!
