I came across a critical review of Little & Company, CPA on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Tax Service’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Little & Company, CPA with a pinch of salt.

Little & Company, CPA refused to provide a contract, schedule or invoice, but wanted $300 up front for filing my tax return.I asked repeatedly for the above, but was never provided with any agreement or invoce for service.This is bizarre coming from an accountant. After I signed and filed my taxes, they sent me an out of the blue bill for another $80.No invoice or explanation. Around the same time, the IRS returned my tax forms to me saying it had arithmetic errors.I will never be going back to Little and Co.
