Here is what the review says –

LoanSnap, Inc. utilizes “Neighbor Spoofing” methods to trick potential customers into answering their calls. They received my # from LendingTree.Case in point: I have a Baltimore, MD are code RESERVED for cellphones. (I got the # in 2004).I moved to California in 2010. DLJ FInancial is based in Southern California.Any company that is willing to spoof/change their phone number, and furthermore do it to convince busy prospective customers that a “local neighbor/business” is calling them IS UNETHICAL.If on first contact they are willing to lie and deceit, imagine what the mortgage/equity/HELOC process will be like?By voluntarily and knowingly making it look like the phone# they call from is local to you — you un-earned my business from the get-go.
