I don’t know why people write reviews about Tim Marten under Marten Clinic of Plastic Surgery name.My review was deleted because it was about Tim Marten. There should be same rules for everyone…My experience with Marten clinic of plastic Surgery was not good. I do not recommend it mainly because of the owner Tim.Office is clean and staff is ok. I have only little experience with the staff in Marten Clinic of Plastic Surgery, but they stop talkin to you after Marten has botched you.The nurses let the doctor do whatever he wants during the surgery.They do not stand up for you when you are most vulnerable and need protection in case someone is evil.I don’t know if the nurses were the regular nurses during my operation because their names are not mentioned on the OR papers or anywhere.Stephen King was the anestesiologist. The owner and plastic surgeon of Marten Clinic of Plastic Surgery does not let me speak with any of the staff that knows what went on during the time I was drugged and unable to defend myself.Overall my experience about this place is not good.I would think that the women that work there are able to provide very good customer care and do well… but unfortunately the quality of care and standards in most simple things after the operation and especially after realising something is terribly wrong is just poor.I guess the owner of this place, Marten, is the only one who takes care of reclamations and he has no idea how to do so even after over 30 years of experience…Worst decision of my life to step inMarten Clinic of Plastic Surgery…Office lady was rude to me after the operation and she did not want to deal with me when I was trying to get the OR reports.I was asking that how long does it take to get them. She said she is busy and does not know.I asked that is month enough or more. She said she does not know she is busy with other things.I had to dig through internet to find out that it’s max 10 day they should provide all of the paper work.It was just a disaster getting the papers. She just I guess disliked me so much.I never was anything else than friendly to her before I was botched and when trying to get the OR information that is my privilege to get.Then the night nurse felt also that she was annoyed about me.It was because she wanted to sleep I guess so she was asking me several times that do I eat sleeping pills.They had kept me drugged maybe 10 hours that day and I hardly ever eat any pills… so I did not want them.As an adult I can ask if I need some medication I’ve been already told what possibilities there are.I paid them 750$ to help me for the night. She was nice in the morning.Because how these people treated me I feel that either there is not very friendly atmosphere at the place or they just did not like me.I don’t really know what on earth could I have done to them if it was something I said or did. Strange place.
